Puppy Application

Thank you so much for your interest in our precious Klaus Poodles and Cavapoos. We ask the following questions of each of our applicants in order to make the best match for each family with their new puppy. Please feel free to elaborate on any questions that you feel may help us in making a perfect match.

 

DEPOSIT:
You can pay the deposit once you complete the form and you're approved:

  • $200 non-refundable wait list fee (if joining our wait list for future litter)

  • $500 non-refundable deposit if reserving a puppy that is born and ready soon

The above fees will be applied to the purchase price of your puppy.

  • Miniature Poodles - approx. 3-4 month wait until puppies are born
